Procedure

1.	PI は観測3週間前までに観測者情報を作成し共同利用係まで送付してください。	The PI has to inform the observers list to the Mitaka open use support desk three weeks prior to your observations.
2.	三鷹リモート観測者はApplicationページにしたがって来訪希望申請書を提出してください。	Each Mitaka observer should submit the visitor form via this Application page.

	三鷹リモートをご希望の場合、できるだけ早くApplicationページより来訪希望申請書を提出してください。ただし、受け入れ可能な場合が限られます。山頂からの観測データの転送、ホテルの手配などはできない場合があることをご理解ください。	Please submit the visitor form on the Application page as soon as possible. Note that, in some cases depending on the time of your submission, the data transfer from the summit is limited or the hotel reservation service cannot be made.
